Our solution focused group coaching offers a structured and psychologically informed process that can help groups make progress on real issues - saving time and money.

Whether there are different perspectives that are getting in the way of progress, a complex challenge that needs to be overcome, or you need to innovate or generate new ideas, we help people focus on what's needed, what works and what's possible.  

 

Through skilful facilitation and evidence-based coaching methods, we guide groups to surface insight, build shared understanding and move from reflection to action.

How it works

Solution-Focused Group Coaching can be used as a one-off intervention or as part of a wider leadership or organisational development programme.


A typical engagement includes:

  • A scoping conversation to define the issue, context, and outcomes

  • A 3-hour facilitated group coaching session focused on a real challenge or opportunity

  • Optional pre-work or stakeholder input to set the scene and focus the conversation

  • Post-session summary and recommendations to support implementation

 

Programmes can be tailored for intact teams, cross-functional groups, or multi-stakeholder collaborations.
