How it works
Leadership team coaching engagements are tailored to your organisation’s context, but a typical full programme includes:

An initial scoping conversation with the team leader (or sponsor) to clarify team goals, priorities, and the structure of our work together

A 6-session facilitated team coaching programme over 4–6 months, designed to build trust, clarity, and shared ways of working

2 individual coaching sessions per team member to support personal reflection, behaviour change, and leadership development

Optional team diagnostics, stakeholder input, or psychometric profiling to deepen insight and inform the coaching focus

Agreed success measures and periodic check-ins to track progress and adapt the programme to emerging team dynamics

A final review session to consolidate learning, agree next steps, and support sustained team development
